Allectrify’s FASTPACE platform played a central role in financing the $1.7 million C-PACE upgrade of the ML Rose multi-tenant retail property in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood. Working with Amalgamated Bank, the project secured long-term, fixed-rate financing to support a gut rehabilitation of the building.
Upgrades include LED lighting, high-efficiency HVAC, insulation, windows, and storm resilience measures—improvements designed to lower operating costs while enhancing comfort and durability. This retroactive C-PACE deal is a prime example of how FASTPACE helps lenders and developers move quickly from terms to closing while maximizing community impact.
