Allectrify is a founding partner in the Building Decarbonization In-A-Box (BDAB) program—a turnkey model for rapidly scaling clean-energy upgrades in small commercial and multifamily buildings. The initiative, launched with nine major U.S. cities and counties, combines municipal data, utility data, and technical support to identify and finance cost-saving upgrades in underserved communities.
Through FASTPACE, local lenders gain the training and tools to offer 100% long-term C-PACE financing alongside other green lending products. By making the financing process simple and accessible, Allectrify is helping building owners reduce emissions, cut energy costs, and improve resilience at scale.
