The Missouri Green Banc and Allectrify partnered to close a $400,000 C-PACE loan under the Missouri Clean Energy District’s new FASTPACE Program—financing a solar PV system for Porter Farms in rural Mercer County, Missouri. Funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the installation will lower the farm’s energy costs and boost its long-term competitiveness.
This marks the first loan completed under Missouri’s FASTPACE Program, which is designed to make it easier for small businesses and farms to access affordable, long-term C-PACE financing through local banks, credit unions, and green lenders. The project shows how FASTPACE can help even modest-sized energy upgrades get the funding they need to move forward.
