Allectrify, along with Pathway Lending and the City of Chattanooga PACE program, has been honored with a 2024 PACESetter Award from PACENation for the Flatiron Heights project. The award recognizes “Innovative Deals of the Year” under $5 million, celebrating projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible in C-PACE financing.
Closed just 66 days after Pathway Lending completed Allectrify’s C-PACE lender training, the loan was executed on the FASTPACE platform—streamlining the process from screening to closing. It was also the first C-PACE loan under Chattanooga’s new C-PACER program, funding high-impact upgrades including heat pumps, LED lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures to boost efficiency and sustainability in the historic Flatiron Heights building.
